OMG

So Lauren really and truly tried to kill me last night (I swear she did, really and truly lol).  I'm a little sore today but it's all for the greater good right?  And I got good news that she is working some more boxing into our session on Thursday.  Love LOVE LOVE boxing!  Last nights work out included:

3 minute warmup on treadmill at 3.5 mph and 15 incline
30 wall ball shots with 30 lb. medicine ball
20 (on each side) 1 legged dips with 12 lb weight
20 press downs (forgive me if I happen to make up a few names for things because I can't truly remember them hehe)
20 curls on the death machine with 40 lbs
20 squat rows with stretchy band attached to Lauren
20 second side plank on right, followed by 20 second left then 20 second normal plank
again with the planks
20 more wall ball shots
3 minute cooldown on treadmill at 3.0 10 incline  ( I feel like I'm missing something here....I usually do)

I'll have to get a pic of Miss Lauren so you all can see what a little spitfire she is.  The best way to describe her is a short cheerleader who could  whoop your a$$.

Last nights crunchy Swai fish was A-mazing! I will post a pic of that plate of yummyness on another night as we eat this quite frequently.  I also had a blob of that PB that I was talking about yesterday

I also forgot to add my snack (well one of them at least) from yesterday.  Applesauce with bee pollen granules sprinkled in it.  I can not advocate enough how cool bee pollen is.  Check out beepollenbuzz.com for tons of info.  This nifty stuff gives you more energy, help tremendously with allergies, and has actually started helping my hair to grow back!  (I have very very thin hair)
me being a dork and trying to show you my thin hair
no sugar added applesauce with bee pollen "sprinkles" as Doozer calls them
Todays lunch though very goofy looking is miiiiighty tasty!!!
Madras Lentils (kinda tastes like chilli but gluten free and much better for you!)
2 turkey hot dogs
1 slice fat free American cheese
5 crunched up organic tortilla chips
heat up in the microwave for about a minute and your golden!
I never said it LOOKED pretty but it tastes awesome!
Can't wait to pick up the Doozer Bug from daycare tonight I've missed her so much.  She was at her Daddy's house all weekend (I'm sure you know how this game goes) and I had her Monday night and tonight again.  She will be very happy to have "Mommy Burgers" (I'll explain tomorrow) and we will be going for a looooooooonnnnnnnggggggg walk since it is absolutely gorgeous weather now and your not going to melt to the sidewalk anymore.  Token country sunset pictures to follow of course ;)

Have a great day everyone!
